PPM Reach Stackers

Sleabond has recently been appointed to represent Terex PPM with regard to the sales, service and rental of their range of Reach Stackers.

These high quality durable machines are available in eight different configurations – covering most container handling and requirements. The smallest machine, the TTC45-5H will handle weights up to 45 tonnes first row at 4 high and 27 tonnes in the second row. The largest, the TFC45LLSX has the capability of 40 tonnes at 4 high in the second row.

The machines are built using proven components such as Cummins engines and Dana Clark transmissions and are fitted with full safety systems and anti-tipping cut-outs. Various spreader and attachment options are offered including full intermodal spreader, plate handling attachments and magnetic steel handling.

Other features for comfort, safety and efficiency include:

  • Oscillating rear axle for extra stability and double action steering for low turning radius
  • Unhindered rear view from the cab
  • Spreader tilt angle for difficult gripping manoeuvres
  • Intensive use locking mechanism and locking error detection
  • Self diagnostic maintenance systems
  • Air conditioned and sound proofed cab

In the HC (High Comfort) model additional features include:

  • Load moment indicator
  • Regeneration system for higher lifting speed
  • Flexibility and dampening of movements, hoisting and telescoping
  • Container counter
  • Automatic twist lock on spreader
  • 30” automatic stop spreaderAuto radio CD
  • Auto diagnostics for hydraulic maintenance
